Amy Walsh is a results-driven senior event executive and strategist with an expertise in developing, planning and executing cutting-edge events to meet market needs.
A skilled communicator and team builder, Walsh is able to manage project teams and diverse stakeholders, C-suite and senior executives, sponsors, speakers, and advisory boards to build consensus, meet deadlines and deliver results. Her background includes conference production and content development, new product development and event launches, virtual events, team building, and profit and loss management. She has the experience and keen ability to take white board ideas from concept to implementation.
Walsh is President & CEO of Blue Sky Event Strategies. Prior to launching Blue Sky Event Strategies, Walsh served as Director of Events for Stagnito Business Information where during her 10-year tenure she managed and produced over 100 conferences, ranging in size from 125 to 600 attendees, large trade shows, gala awards dinners, executive round tables, virtual events, and numerous custom events for key advertisers and sponsors.
Walsh is an active member of the Meeting Professionals International (MPI). She holds an MBA in International Management from the top ranked Thunderbird School of Global Management.
